Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the factors which makes influence on the level of postvaccinal serum immunity to three types of poliovirus and improvement of immune prophylaxis of poliomyelitis. It is shown that the postvaccinal serum immunity to poliomyelitis depend on influence of circulation of enteroviruses in intestine of vaccine recipients. It is established that vaccine strains of polioviruses have the low interference characteristics in comparison with the epidemic topical strains of Cocsaki virus type B-5 and ECHO-30. It is established that the postvaccinal serum immunity to poliomyelitis depends on the state of the microbiocenosis of the gastrointestinal tract of vaccine recipients. The applications of probiotics and use of immune modulators (dibasol and metyluracil) for intensification immune response (experimentally) are shown. The property of the neiraminins of S.aureus and A.laidlawii to influence on the titres of polioviruses is shown. It is established that the neiraminin of S.aureus stimulates long-term synthesis of antibodies to poliovirus types 1 and 3 in high titres. As for poliovirus of type 2 such property is not determined.
