Essay

The dissertation is devoted to topics of the protection corrosion increasing of metal constructions in the aggressive mediums (in machine building, petroleum chemistry and processing) by the security of the store exploitation metal resistance to the corrosion and corrosion-mechanical fractures (CMF) in the work mediums still on the stage details formation. High energetic, ecological and material resource saving of Ukraine possibly to get by the inhibitor olygomercontaining protection corrosion additions in LCL on the secondary raw materials have been shown in this work. The criteria selection of the protection corrosion additions in LCL (steel cutting and grinding treatment) for the increasing chemical metal resistance corrosion, hydrogenation, CMF (stress corrosion and low-cycle fatigue steel), at exploitation of the details in aggressive mediums by the complexic system correlative analysis "Electronic structure, thermodynamical characteristics (MNDO-PM3), chemical structure of the active substances in composition of waste", have been established. The results of the work, practical recommendations have found an industrial utility on the plants of Chernigov region for the steel corrosion fracture protection and the ecology damage decreasing, assurange of equipment safe operation in the aggressive mediums.
