Essay

The dissertation deals with the issues of the comparative analysis of clinical and psychopathological, pathopsychological, neurophysiological, MRI- and CT scan peculiarities of neurotic disorders associated with organic brain pathology. Pathopsychological analysis of personal sphere, self-esteem and condition of the attention function was conducted. We proved the established psychopathological, neurophysiological, and MRI-&CT-scan peculiarities to be dependent on the organic factors. A complex approach used in the work permitted to ground scientifically diagnostic criteria as well as the treatment of neurotic disorders in association with organic brain pathology.
