Kyslyj V. The organizational-economy development of the telecommunication systems of railway transport

The object of researches is production-economical activity of the signalising and communication railway department. The subject is improving the science-methodical points and the methods of estimation the social-economy efficiency of development of the communication systems. The purpose is working out the theoretical basis and the practical recommendations for carrying out organisation-economical development of communications on the railway enterprises and improving a system of indexes for estimation of efficiency. Research is based on the dialectical method of cognising the laws of the development processes of the supplying production systems, using the methods of science abstraction, system analysis and synthesis of results, retrospection etc. The principle practical approaches for forming the organisational-management structures of practical department are proposed. Also the indexes of a result estimation of organisation-economical and social efficiency of development of the communication systems are worked out. The got results are practically embodied in a standard-work document that is "The methodical recommendations for organisation-economical estimation of commercial activity of the linear enterprises of the signalising and communication railway department". The science novelty of the presented results consists in extending the existing and in working out the new theoretical points of organisation and economy of a railway communications as well as in working out the practical directions of increasing of efficiency of their development.
