The object of research is the activity of domestic business banks. The purpose of research is the idealized sub-stantiation, mining of the methodical approaches and practical guidelines, directional on maintenance of liquidity and solvency of business banks. Method of research are ideal-ized generalization and matching, the statistical and graphic analyses, system and comprehensive approach, formalizing and economic-mathematical simulation. Outcomes, novelty: 1) the concept liquidity of a business bank is up-dated; 2) the nature and contents of the analysis of liquidity of a business bank is rendered concrete; 3) the frame of the analysis of liquidity and solvency of bank is offered, which one meets the requirements the system and complex ap-proaches; 4) the adaptive system of decision making for observance a demanded level of liquidity and solvency of bank is designed, on the basis of consideration of an adap-tive ring regulation; 5) the yardsticks of planning(glide) of liquidity and solvency of bankare reviewed, the approach to the conforming planning is offered; 6) the guidelines till formations of credit and investment briefcases of bank are justified. Sphere of usage: at advancing the approaches on maintenance of liquidity and solvency of business banks, in activity of a National Bank of Ukraine, in a research work at analysis of activity of a system of business banks.
