There is grounded the design of two-tier trenchless layer in thawed soils being intended for flexible linear spreading elements of sub-soil water-cooling towers of thermo hydro reclamation system and communication lines in the work on the grounds of theoretical and experimental researches. The design provides far more efficiency of technological process and removes harmful technogene influence for ground environment.
