Essay

gives theoretical generalisation and solution of the scientific and technical problem that lies in revelation of specific features of development of fire in underground at the time of combustion in-volving rolling stock, substantiation of parameters of zone of in-jury with fire, development of technical means for regulation of ventilation flows and technical means for protection of respiratory organs and emergency delivery of effective fire extinguishing means to the accident site, realisation of new geographical infor-mational technologies in the system of operative dispatcher man-agement of fire service divisions, using radio monitoring for fire-prevention supervision of important objects including under-ground, creation of method for ensuring safety of people at the time of elimination of fire in underground on this basis.Results of the work in the form of recommendations are used by state fire service divisions at the time of elimination of fires in subsurface constructions of underground. Key words: emergency ventilation regimes, smoke removal, zone of injury with fire, labour protection, toxic products, respirators, fire engines.
