The dissertation deals with the substantiation of expediency of cardioselective b-adrenoblocker incorporation of a vasodilating activity of nebivolol into the traditional combined therapy in patients with CHF syndrome following mitral faults surgical correction. provided for a more marked decrease of subjective and objective CHF manifestations, diminution in activity sympathadrenal and renin-angiotensin systems, restoration of the endothelium vasodilation function, an immune inflammation decrease and an increase in the patients life quality.
