Dissertation is devoted to questions of perfecting of processes of shaping of the property on an air transport. The theoretical approaches to shaping the property in branch are critically parsed, the major factors influencing to these processes are classified. Are offered model of shaping of the property, and economic concepts "quality of the property","the efficiency of the property", is justified expediency of their usage.
