3. The research focuses upon the problems of administrative and legal regulation of the migration process in Ukraine. The research contains a profound analysis of the administrative legislation regulating the legal relations in the sphere of migration process. The thesis verbalizes the author's definition of the migration process as a legal phenomenon, which progresses in compliance with a certain order being regulated by legal norms, first and foremost, by the administrative ones. The research analyses the peculiarities of administrative and legal relations specific to the migration process with their parallel classification, it determines the legal facts in terms of the migration process, classifying them as well, it outlines the circle of the migration process participants, such as: citizens, foreign citizens, stateless persons, refugees and migration authorities , the latter being classified by the author. The research expressly analyses the legal status of refugees, investigates the issues of administrative responsibility of Ukrainian citizens, foreign citizens, officials and state authorities in case of any kind of violation of the legal package pertaining to the sphere of migration processes. The analysis forms the base for a number of proposals touching upon further streamlining of the legislation regulating migration processes in Ukraine, systematising the administrative legislation and generating the unified codified act featuring all the procedures previewed for the sphere of migration processes singling them out into a separate clause of the Special part of the Code of Ukraine on administrative law infringements "Administrative Law Infringements in the Sphere of Migration Process".
