Lucash S. Normative and Legal Guarantee of Internal Affairs Bodies of Ukraine Effective Administrative Activity.

Thesis is devoted to theoretical and methodological principles analysis, to organizational grounds and problems of practical realization and improvement of normative and legal guarantee of Internal Affairs Bodies of Ukraine effective administrative activity. Essence, peculiarity and structure of normative and legal guarantee of organizational and structural construction and functioning of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are studied. Concept, subject and tasks of legal regulation of corresponding administrative activity are also studied in this work. Scientific, legal, social and administrative factors of services, divisions and subdivisions of internal affairs effective activity, criteria of effective administrative activity in these bodies are determined. Methodical approach to the development and improvement of normative guarantee of administration in the bodies of internal affairs is applied in the process of this research. As a result it was possible to create a common mechanism of legal regulation of administrative activity in the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Necessity of elaboration the project of known Conception of normative and legal guarantee development of the Bodies of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and creation of qualified act - Code of law securing activity of the Bodies of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
