Litvinov A. Administrative and territorial coordination of activities of organs, responsible for crime prevention in Ukraine at the local level.

Methodological, legal and procedural foundations of such kind of management were researched. The problems of legal status qua and trends of crime prevention coordination de-velopment at the definite administrative and territorial level were analyzed. The problems of organization, making, reali-zation and control after the execution of joint administrative (coordinating) decisions of crime prevention organs were studied. Recommendations and proposals concerning op-timizations of crime prevention management system opera-tion in modern conditions on every level were formulated. Methodological problems of the definition of crime preven-tion coordination and effectiveness definition were re-searched together with effectiveness of definite organ coor-dination action within the coordination decision. Practical methods and means of measuring and evaluation of crime prevention coordination effectiveness were proposed.
