The thesis is devoted to the research of the Black Sea region Nohaytsy's groups origin, their ethnopolitical evolution in the Northern Black Sea region and interaction with other Tatar peoples and states on this territory in XIII - XVI centuries. A close connection between Nohaytsy's ethnogenesis and the territory of eastern european steppes (Dasht-i-Kypchak) is established in this work, ethnical basis on which Nohaytsy's ethnos was composed is analysed, an important role of Kypchak-Polovets tribes is underlined. It is determined the tribal composition of Nohaytsy and retraced the influence of political factors on ethosmaking processes among the Black Sea region nomads. The thesis reveals the reasons of inner weakness and amorphness of the ancient Nohaytsy's people and local peculiarities of the Black Sea region Nohaytsy.
