The analytical representations of solutions of the improved theory of transversely isotropic shallow shells weakened by a hole are constructed with usage of the perturbation technique of D.Withun and with usage of the known analytical solutions of a transversely isotropic spherical shell. On the basis of the analytical representations of solutions, the perturbation technique is spread on transversely isotropic shallow shells weakened by a circular hole. The boundary value problem for a transversely isotropic spherical shallow shell is to be solved in each of approximations. By means of applying a perturbation technique, the estimations of influence of the suppleness parameter to the transverse shear deformations are obtained. The stress concentration near a circular hole in a transversely isotropic shallow shell of non-negative curvature is explored in cases of torsion and uniaxial tension.
