Konakova O. Disturbances of a hemostasis systems and systems of cellular and humoral immunity at inflammatory and destructive-inflammatory diseases of periodontium in teenagers and its correction in complex treatment.

The work is devoted to development and substantiation of diagnostics and treatment of inflammatory and destructive-inflammatory diseases of periodontium in teenagers on a background of a thyroid gland disease. In thesis the new appropriatness in the system of hemostasis of cellular and humoral immunity in dependence on depth of a lesion of periodontium and gravity of concomitant disease are revealed. It was substantiated a complex pathogenetic scheme treatment of inflammatory and destructive-inflammatory disease of periodontium in teenagers depending on changes in the system of hemostasis of immunity and presence of concomitant disease of a thyroid gland.Clinical efficacy of inclusion of endogenic regenerator biological immunomodulator - erbisol in the complex of treatment of inflammatory and destructive-inflammatory diseases of periodontium in teenagers was shown.The results of present scientific work have major value for practical medicine, as the method, offered by the author, promotes rise of quality of diagnostics and efficacy of treatment-and-reabilitation measures in teenagers at inflammatory and destructive-inflammatory disease of periodontium, flowing past on a background, of a thyroid gland hyperplasia, is perspective by way of complex treatment of the given category of the patients.
