11 scientific papers and the patent of Ukraine on invention are being defended, in which there have been stated the results of researches of the cross profile influence of a carriage way of transport communications of quarries on the berm width, the slope angle of a quarry side and energy indices of rock transportation. It has been proved, that that the cross profile of the road in fluencies greatly the coefficient of truck movement resistance the least mеanings of which being obtained if the concave profile with the cross slope of 20‰. There have been researched the parameters of wheel rolling a long the cross profiled surface and there has been worked out the programme of stress calculation in it; the influenct of dynamic loads of trucks on the stability of berm slopes; the technique of the cаlculation of their safety with regard for vibroreological factors has been worked out. There have been worked out the technico-economic criteres of parameters optimization of autotransport communications in quarries and the basing of the composition of technological facilities complex for the formation of profile berms. The device for automatic sensing of weight of freight on open-pit dump trunks is licensed, that allows to optimize a loading and to increase efficiency of their exploitation. There has been worked out the construction of the road with concave cross profile and the grouping of elements of transport berms as well as the technology of their formation.
