low-carbon microalloyed steels. Improvement technology of production and increase mechanical properties. Optical and electron microscope (Neofot-2, EМ125К), mechanical tests (FP-100/1, 2130 КМ-03), X-ray analysis (DRON-4-0,3). Developed new scheme of production and new methods of cooling rolled metal from steel 10G2FB. Rated character of prior heating, temperature and continuance of austenization before quenching on formation acicular ferrite in the 10G2FB and 09G2S. Received more than 85% acicular ferrite, increase strength on 200MPa, at that fixed level yiedability. Sphere of use is CPL metallurgical plants, CPL plants of metallic construction, education-methodical process.
