Boyko N. Increase of functional stability of the arable aggregate with the regulator catch of the gear of a tractor

Object of research: arable processing by using of the tractor aggregate with the regulator catches of the gear of a tractor. Objectives: Increasing of effectively of the arable aggregate by the using of regulator catch of the gear of a tractor. Methods: mathematical analysis of construction and technological circuits of the arable aggregate with the regulator catch of the gear of a tractor and dynamics in case of changing of it's parameters and hydro driving gear during the exploitation, mathematical model of working conditions. Results: Using of regulators catch of a system of the arable aggregate with tractors allows to improve the quality of land working, decrease of extreme loading upon the tractor and provides increasing of productivity. Scientific novelty: mathematical model of the arable aggregate moving and evaluation of influence of the regulator catch of the gear on precision, functional stability and operation algorithm. Introduction level: methods handed to OJSC " Kharkov tractor factory "for introducing of above-mentioned mechanism on the new models of the wheels tractors and Ukrainian scientific and research Institute of agricultural mechanisation. Application sphere: tractor works, scientific and researches institutions, design offices on the producing of soil working machine.
