Essay

The object is 126 patients with maxilofascial area phlegmons (MFAAI); the aim is to increase effectiveness of MFAAI treatment by correction of the local homeostasis system using Tekom preparation; the methods are clinical, biochemical, haematological ultramicroscopical, morphometrical; the new complex MFAAI treatment with the use of Tekom together with positive clinical dynamics decreases the period of the recovery of thrombocytes morphofunctional features and functional state of local homeostasis system more than standard scheme of treatment; results - prevention of the development of thrombohemorrhagic complications and decrease of the average terms of inpatient treatment for 2 days; all this thesis has been developed by training and medicine practice; the field is medicine.
