Electrochemical and chemical processes in the system: positive electrode based on iron disulfide - CPVC-based polymer electrolyte. Creation of lithium secondary battery with the average discharge voltage 1,5 V. X-ray diffraction analysis, impedance spectroscopy, potentiodynamic and galvanostatic cycling. Interconnection between the structure, macrostructure of initial FeS2 and the values of specific discharge capacity and stability at cycling of Li-FeS2 system has been established. Regularities of the influence of such cycling parameters as current and potential range on the efficiency of reversible work of the cathodes based on pyrite has been determined. The new method of polymer electrolyte film formation with a high conductivity at room temperatures has been developed. The developed models of lithium power sources tested at Design Office "Yuzhnoye" show the perspective of their use by secondary battery producers.
