Gamayunov I. Diagnostics, pathogenesis and treatment of an injuried heart in Reiter s disease

Dissertation deals with a perfection of diagnostic quality and an efficacy improvement of treatment of the cardiac pathology in patients with Reiter s disease. On the grounds of the conducted complex clinical, laboratory and instrumental research there have been found out the basic points of the pathogenesis of the cardiopathy in Reiter s disease. The latter is accompanied by the left ventrical hypertrophy, blockade of the left bundle-branch of His, diffusive changes of the myocardium, disorders of the intraventricular conduction of the myocardium, enlargment of the thickness of the left ventricle posterior wall and the interventricular and septum, induration of the mitral and aortic valves with the corresponding regurgitation, induration of the aorta. Such patients experience a accompanied by an increase of angyotensin-II and aldosteron level as proinflammatory cytokinines. Use of nitrous oxide synthesis stimulants in clinical therapy increases considerably the efficacy of treatment of cardial pathology in patients with Reiter s disease.
