Essay

The dissertation deals with the improvement of diagnosing systemic lupus erythematosus due to the study of dynamic adsorbtion blood and urine tensiometry. It is possible to carry out differential diagnosis between systemic lupus erythematosus and lupus vulgaris based on the parameters of interphase tensiograms of biological fluids. The physicochemical condition of biologic fluids depends on the curse of disease and is closely connected with a degree of pathologic process activity. Indices of adsorbtion tensiograms determine the presence and severity of articular, skin, muscular, syndromes and Raynaud's syndrome, finger capillarites, cerebral vasculitis, alopecia; kidney, heart, lung and spleen impairments. The condition of adsorbtion tensiograms is influenced by protein, nonprotein, nitrous, lipid and nonorganic compounds as well as indices of cellular and humoral immunity. The capacity of a polyfermental mixture, wobensym, to restore physicochemical properties of biologic fluids has been determined. The method of dynamic adsorbtion (interphase) blood and urine tensiometry may be used as a control over the administered systemic ensymotherapy.
