Essay

The object of research is a bone regeneration that was been shaped at an implantation in bone defects hydroxyapatite ceramic materials in a combination with demineralized bone matrix. 120 white rats, 57 patients with tumor and tumor-like diseases of bone. The purpose is to prove that it is possible to use researched materials for optimization of bone formation at a plasty of bone defects. The bone regenerate was evaluated by histological, histomorphometrical, chemical, X-ray diffraction, clinical, X-ray and statistical tests. It was been revealed, that joint application of hydroxyapatite ceramics and demineralized bone matrix optimizes regeneration and promotes formation of bone tissue. The presences of demineralized bone matrix activate biodegradation of hydroxyapatite particles. Clinical research was been executed on patients that were operated with use of investigated materials. During research it was been revealed, that rates of biodegradation hydroxyapatite ceramics (КЕРГАП, Ukraine) depend on thesizes and frame of particles. Application of the combined material made it possible to occur of attributes biodegradation hydroxyapatite earlier, than use only ceramics of the same size, and it also promotes to formation of the bone-ceramic complex that has allowed appointing in earlier terms a complex of rehabilitation actions and complete loads on operated extremities. New methods of low-invasible treatments of bone cysts are developed. The outcomes of research were been introduced into clinical practice of orthopedics departments in Lugansk and Donetsk.
