Afanasуev K. Administrative Treaty as a Form of State Administration (theoretical and legal aspect)

The thesis is devoted to the problems of improvement of legal forms of the state administration in a condition of legal reforms in Ukraine, application of administrative treaty for regulation of administrative legal relations. In research it is specified a definition of administrative treaty, given the analysis of its content and characteristic features, proposed criteria of a classification of administrative treaties, legal mechanism of order of their conclusion and legal defence of the participators. It is defined directions of application of these treaties in state administration. In thesis it is defined a place of administrative treaties in a system of legal acts, considered possibilities of their insertion into a number of the sources of the Ukrainian law.
