The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of essence and substance of the militia activities on fulfillment of the decisions about the imposement of the administrative penalty. Explaining the meaning "the fulfillment of the decisions about the imposement of the administrative penalty" as an original stage of development in the case about administrative offences, determining its subject and task, and the place in the structure of administrative proceeding, establishing the steps of the using, analyzing the legal status of the militia as the subject of the fulfillment of decisions, characterizing the activities of militia in the sphere fulfillment of decisions about the imposement of individual recommendations to get rid of the most widespread defects which are meeting in practical activities of militia in such sphere, appointing the ways of improvement of legal control, making up proposals to admit some changes and ad-ditions in ACU and a draft of a new Administrative Code of Ukraine
