Gusarov S. Administrative and Law bases of State Automobile Inspection of Ukraine state management in order to ensure traffic security in Ukraine

The thesis contains the complex theoretical research of traffic security's state management problem in Ukraine. The concept of traffic security's state management is formulated, its principles, functions, forms and methods are stated. The analysis of modern legislation's norms, which regulate the traffic security's state management, is made. Subjects and objects, peculiarities in the relations between subjects and objects and between only subjects of traffic security's state management are researched in this work. Peculiarities of administrative and law status of State Automobile Inspection of Ukraine as a subject of traffic security's state management are also researched. The ways of State Automobile Inspection of Ukraine activity improvement (organisational and law aspect) are formulated.
