The dissertation is devoted to study of processes of accumulation gamma-emitting radionuclides by mushrooms on polygon, which in territory of alienation zone of ChNPP and "the southern trace", in period with 1981 to 2000.The quantity of radionuclides accumulated by mushrooms depends on 3 factors: density of contamination by radionuclides of soil, belonging of mushrooms to the certain ecological group and depth of the localization of mycelium in soil.
