Nykolyn Y. 1,1-Dihydropolyfluoroalkylsulfones in synthesis of fluoro containing heterocycles compounds.

Synthetic application of 1,1-dihydropolyfuoroal- kylsulfones for obtainihg of the fluorocontaining heterocycles was shown. The influence of the poly-fluoroalkyl substituent length on structure of the reaction products of polyfluoroalkylsulfones with varios nature was investigated. It was shown that these reactions lead to formation of fluorocontaining enamines, imines, pyrazoles and pyrroles. A prepara- tively convenient method for the obtaining of polyfluoroalkyl substituted 1,2,3-triazoles, strong organic NH - acid (pKa = 2,00), was found. A new method for the preparation of 6-polyfluoro-5-alkyl- sulfonylpyrimidines derivates was proposed. The influence of polyfluoroalkyl substituent length on the structure and reactivity of dichloropyrimidines and on products of their reactions with ammonia and methanol was shown. A new desulfonylation reagent - hexametapol - for 6-polyfluoroalkyl-5-alkylsulfo- nylpyrimidines was found.
