Essay

Object of investigation: the patients of the carcinoma of uterine cervix, at which during carrying out of combined radiotherapy were developed early radioreaction. The purpose and the methods of investigation: using clinical, morphological, endoscopic and tensiometric methods to develop and to apply criteria of forecasting of early radioreaction from the side of pelvis minor organs at combined therapy of the patients with the carcinoma of uterine cervix, using method of a definition of dynamic surface tension (DST) of biological liquids. Theoretical results and novelty: the parameters of DST of blood serum and urine of patients with the carcinoma of uterine cervix before treatment and during the process of combined radiotherapy were determinated. The influence of early radioreactions on indexs of DST is specified, the tests of forecasting of their development designed. The influence of some surfactants on DSTparameters of blood serum and model solutions of serum albumin is revealed. Practical value: the new method of forecasting of development of early radioreactions are applied in practice during carrying out of combined therapy in patients with carcinoma of uterine cervix. It is allowed in time to nominate and to carry out a complex of preventive treatment, that has reduced frequency and has facilitated gravity of the early radioreactions at the patients of explored group. The obtained data can and further to be used for forecasting development of radioreactions. Subject and degree of introduction: criteria of forecasting of development of early radioreaction; it is introduced into pedagogical and medical process of oncologic dispensaries, departments of oncology. Efficiency of application: reception of new knowledge and increase of effectiveness of treatment of oncological patients. Field of use: oncologic dispensary, department of oncology and medical radioilogy.
