Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of antibiotic properties of the regulated mycotoxins such as aflatoxin B1, patulin, zearalenon, T-2 toxin and deoxynivalenol and some others (verrucarin A, roridins A and H) to 506 strains of yeasts, to 80 strains of phytopatogenic bacteria, to 47 strains of Gram+ spore-former coccuses and to 16 strains of green alga. On the bases of the obtained results the bank of indicator cultures (41 strains) for the microbiological determination of mycotoxins in food products, forage and industrial substrates were created. Aflatoxin B1 (176,3 mg), roridin H (172 mg) and deoxinivalenol (427 mg) were obtained in crystalline form. The principle possibility of T-2 toxin inactivation by yeast strain Debaryomyces polymorphus 396, which determine the attitude of yeasts toward trichothecene mycotoxins, can be used as additional taxonomic characteristic for their specific differentiation. The microbiological express-method of mycotoxins indication in the different substrates on the base of selected test-organisms has been proposed, optimal conditions of incubation has been worked out.
