Rozhkova T. Partnershep with the European Union as the Precondition of Ukrainian Integration within the World Economy

The thesis are devoted to the study of the theoretic and practical aspects of regionalizations in the context of the globalizations tendencies. The nature of the processes of regionalizations on the Europian continent on the present stage of development is defined. The analysis of the specifics of restructuring Ukrainian economy in the context of transformation processes of the modern World is provided. On the basis of the analysis of the correllation between the regionalism and the globalization tendencies in the modern international economic relations the national geoeconomic priorities in the system of modern integration mechanisms, as well as the general preconditions of increasing the effectiveness of Ukrainian international economic co-operation are defined. The comparative analysis of the transformation preconditions in Ukraine and in the other Central and Eastern European countries is provided. The practical recommendations for geoeconomic polisies of Ukraine towards the Europian Union are formulated. In practical, the place of Ukraine in the system of the programmes of scientific, technological, and industrial development of the EU, as well as institutional and functional preconditions of co -operation between the European Union and Ukraine are defined.
