Bakay A. Juridical ensuring of ecological prognostication

The dissertation is devoted to the synthetic and comprehensive research of juridical points on ecological prognostication. The point concerning the concept and regimentation of ecological prognostication has been studied. The synthetic concept of ecological prognostication has been advised. The relations on ecological prognostication have been researched as an independent juridical institution being formed. The synthetic research on ecological law concerning juridical fixation of ecological prognostication has been made. The conceptual points have been stated and new positions concerning the present law improvement have been grounded in this work.
