Turubarova-Leunova N. Peculiarities of the hemodynamic state in patients with acute myocardial infarction and unstable angina in the condition of the stress-testing and under the influence of medicines.

The clinical and diagnostical complex (stress-echocardiography, transesophagial electrocardiostimulation, bicycle ergometry) was used in 257 patients with acute coronary failure which was diagnosed before hospital admission with the aim of the study of peculiarities of the haemodynamic state in patients with acute myocardial infarction and unstable angina under the conditions of the exercise antiortostatic stress-test in depends of the deep of myocardial demage, the type of hemodynamic. The chenges of the myocardial state, coronary reserve, remodeling manifestation were objectivased and also were established the determinants of the desease flow in depends on haemodynamic type. Comparable analysis was carried out on the efficiency of anticoagulants, calcium antagonists, angiotenzine converting enzymes inhibitors, angiotenzine receptor blockers with the evaluation of their influence on left ventricle functional state.
