SADCHIKOVA M. Clinical manifestation and morphology peculiarities of the expansive and infiltrative stomach cancer

The differences in clinical manifestations of expansive and infiltrative stomach cancer as well as their connection with peculiarities of pre-tumor processes and their morphology and morphogenesis at different disease types have been studied. The most essential factors which influence the progress of tumor process after the surgical treatment have been revealed. The prognostic index has been proposed for the judgement about the most probable course of the disease and the necessity of a special treatment. The analysis of the role of the epithelium displasiain stomach cancer origin has been performed.. On the basis of this analysis, the recommendations are given on the formation of groups of patients with increased stomach cancer risk.
