Essay

The object is cone crushers for ore fine crushing. The a aim of the investigation is to develop the efficient methods to reduce their noise at the working places of the grinding factories. The following methods were used: the crushers and their engines acoustic characteristics industrial measurement; steel plates impact noise level test; influence of different types of lining and covering; theoretical and static processing of the measurement data; acoustic protection new methods industrial tests. special panel was created, and modern acoustic facilities were applied. The characters and quantitative dependence of the levels of acoustic pressure and frequency characteristics of the impact noise emission were stated. A complex of means to reduce the noise was implemented at the grinding factory. The technical requirements were passed to two plants which are the crusher manufacturers. The field of application is ore mills and the mining machine-building plants.
