Об'єкт дослідження - crime as a social phenomenon. Мета дослідження - determination of ontological, gnosiological, axiological parameters of crime in the context of the development of cultural and historical civilization bases. Методи дослідження і апаратура - deduction, logical, analogical, modeling, verificational, systematical. Наукова новизна - first in legal philosophical aspect crime has been considered a social phenomenon; the good and the evil conflict has been proved to be the most essential archetype since the most ancient cultures up to the contemporary ones; the methodology of the scientific study of crime and criminality; principal proposition has been based that the conception of crime has a concrete historical meaning; the analysis of native and foreign experience in criminal legislation has been carried out about the determination normative and doctrinal meaning of the conception of crime; the dynamics of the criminality growth in the past years in Ukraine is being studied with in connection with the economic crisis phenomena. Практичні результати і новизна - finishing off the dissertation study can be used for improving the methodology of legal and criminal low issuing, stimulating legal philosophical problems working out and contributing to theoretical securing of fight against offence. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - finishing off the dissertation working out can be used for giving an elementary course and special course of philosophy, philosophy of law, professional ethics and aesthetical culture of collaborators of the bodies of internal affairs, criminal law, criminology. Ефективність впровадження - utilization in education systematic elaboration. Сфера використання - scientific research, legislative activity, studying process.
