Essay

The object is the chronic pyelonephritis patients; the aim is the study of the endogenic intoxication syndrome, the improvement of chronic pyelonephritis patients treatment schemes; the methods are clinical-and-laboratory, instrumental and methods of regress analysis; the new approach lies in the first time fixed dependency between the endogenic intoxication level and immunologic injures, the necessity of usage of "Fibrabet" and echinacea purpurea tinctures in the complex therapy of chronic pyelonephritis was proved; the results are development and approbation of curative complexes of correction of metabolic and immune disorders, of the model for the choice of the optimally effective scheme of treatment of chronic pyelonephritis patients; the area of usage is the medicine.
