Essay

The state of contractility was researched in the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease under the usual conditions and the conditions of exercise testing. It was revealed that the patients had different reaction on the exercise testing because of different state of myocardial reserve. The influence of bronchodilatation therapy of various chemical groups on the dynamic of myocardial reserve. The cardioprotective influence of ipratropium bromidum was revealed.
