The thesis studies vital scientific problems of organizational and legal aspects of administering a higher educational establishment within the Ministry of Internal of Ukraine. It takes into consideration the specific features of its educational activities. The essence and content of ad-ministrative and legal status are analyzed. Proposals and recommendations on enhancement of legal provisions, functions, structure of management in a higher educational establishment within the Ministry of Interior of Ukraine are given. The results of researches and practical experience in this sphere of personnel, information and documentation provision of administering a higher educational establish-ment within the Ministry of Interior of Ukraine are consid-ered and resumed
