It has been determined the vascular endothelium dysfunction may be caused the beginnings of the phenomenon of the silent myocardial ischemia in these patients in more degree then other factors. Prescription of enalapril or nebivolol to these patients makes greatly better the disease course and promote to the elimination of ST-segment depression's episodes on ECG. An additional prescription of the nitric oxide modulating agents - citrate of arginine that is a substrat of synthese, or the magnesium preparation increases the effect the ingibitor of angiotensin converting enzyme enalapril by the elimination of "silent myocardial ischemia" episodes.
