the thesis is devoted to working out of analysis methods extraordinary incidents circumstances at enterprises of mining industry to reveal ties of cause and consequence because of safety demands violation with the following results. This aim is realized in the form of worked out analysis methods of incidents in mining industry based on logical engineering and statistical probability analysis and mathematical model of revealing of cause and consequence ties which arise when circumstances for appearing and consequent development of extraordinary incidents at enterprises of mining industry are formed. Also there is worked out general and structural schemes of industrial system functioning before the very incident, schemes and ways of their investigation for revealing of ties of safety demands violation with consequences, and also the basis for creating of standard base for mining technical expertise. Inculcation of the workings out allows to execute mining technical expertises on the single methodical basis.
