Essay

Doped crystals of alkali and lead halides, perovskite-like crystals. To determine the possibilities of the formation of cesium-lead halide nanocrystals and energy transformation mechanisms in these systems. The time-resolved spectroscopy method was used. The fact of nanocrystal formation was established, influence of quantum-size effect was investigated and energy migration processes were analyzed. At impulse X-ray excitation methods of luminescence time parameters measuring were used to optimize the crystal growth technology. Application in the field of fast-acting scintillators.
