Fomichova N. Protectionisn in the systwm of the world economic connections

Object of research: practice of state regulation of an external economic in countries, which one are at different stages of market transformation, in conditions of liberalization of international economic relations. The purpose: mining of the approaches to formation of effective external economic policy of Ukraine in a context of the tendencies of usage of protectionism in an international economic policy under conditions of internal economic transformations both international processes of integration and globalization. Research techniques: methods of theoretical generalization, matching, systematization, statistical and mathematical methods of the analysis, formalization of decision-making processes and simulation of gears of their implementation. Theoretical outcomes: Recess of existing theoretical rules concerning motives, conditions and scales of usage of protectionist means in a system of global economic cooperation’s and in mining the concept of formation of external economic policy of Ukraine onthe basis of fissile adapting to protectionist operations of other countries. Practical outcomes: the designed guidelines can be useful in definition of the external economic strategy of Ukraine and operating correcting of its internal and external economic policy. The materials of a thesis can be utilised in activity of the Ministry of economics and on European Integration, State Customs of Ukraine, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine, Controls of External relations and Foreign Trade Activities of Regional State Administrations. Scientific novelty: the process of changes of aircraft attitude of the forms of protectionism according to stages of development of world economy is classified; The communication(connection) between strengthening of the protectionist tendencies and activation of activity is established in the field of ordering of a competitiveness in the world market and mining of the international rules of behaviour for the businessmen and governments at the present stage; the factors are determined, which one loosen positive and negative consequences of application of protectionist measures; the technique of definition of expediency of introduction of an import quota for the separate goods is developed; the multivariate model of paths of integration of countries with transient economicses in world economy is delineated; is developed and the system of parameters concerning an estimation of a degree of an international economic dependence of the state is applied; the scientific - methodical approaches to forecasting of protective measures in relation to the Ukrainian export are determined on the part of the countries - importers.
