Essay

Using Mehler-Fok transformation in thoroidal coordinates the analytical solutions are obtained for the problems of smooth contact of circular an-nulus punch, two circular punches, circular punch near rigid motionless half-plane as well as for cor-respondent Stokes problems for a flat ring and two disks. All problems are reduced to the Fredholm second kind equations with regular kernels. The formulas have been obtained and the values have been calculated for contact stresses, stress inten-sity factors, force and moment of force applied to the punches as well as velocities, pressure and vorticity in the flow of viscouse liquid. The Streamlines and Izobars have been built.
