Essay

Investigation object: High-energy medical technology based on laser - biotissue interaction that is under destruction. Investigation target: Composition new and development already exist models that may be used for design and analysis physical mechanisms of PDT, for research quantitative characteristic of accompanying processes, for improvement of medical care effectiveness. Investigation methods: Apparatus of heat transfer equations in active medium and theory of Grin's functions, mathematical modeling of biological objects, theory of diffusion and scattering processes in tissue. Theoretical and practical results, novelty: For the first time it is offered to consider processes of interaction non-low intensity laser radiation with a tissue as existential change of the two-layer environment where one layer consists of the destroyed cells of a tumour, and another, deep, from not destroyed tissue. A number of models of interaction of laser radiation with a biological tissue are constructed at photodynamictherapy. It is shown that the effect caused by photodynamic action depends only on a doze of an irradiation, instead of from intensity. The practical recommendations concerning improvement of a technique of medical treatment are induced. The methods are offered to the control of efficiency of photodynamic therapy. Sphere of application: - establishments of a medical and biologic structure.
