Nonbred and C57Bl/6 mice – intact, pregnant and with transplanted experimental tumors; fetuses; placentas; blood serum; Lewis lung carcinoma primary cell culture. To establish the peculiarity of influence of pregnancy on tumor growth and metastasis and the effect of malignant tumor on embryogenesis. The effect of pregnancy on tumor development has been established to be dependent upon the degree of genetic (antigenic) differences between mother and fetus and realize through the changes in proportion of actively migrative and fast proliferating cell subpopulations in the composition structure of primary tumor site. The embryolethal and teratogenic effects of malignant tumor on embryogenesis and the dependence of its negative action upon embryonic stage and the degree of genetic (antigenic) differences between mother and fetus have been shown.
