Об'єкт дослідження - organizational and legal aspects of leasing activity. Мета дослідження - exploring the state policy in integration of leasing into economic life of Ukraine and resolving the problem of corporate administration in the sphere of leasing activity. Методи дослідження та апаратура - a) scientific general (dialectical, historical, comparative and legal); b) statistical. Теоретичні результати і новизна - the new theoretic points can become the basic item for determination management and financial-law measures as a way of effective leasing integration in Ukraine. Практичні результати і новизна - basic provisions of the thesis could be used: a) in further scientific researching of corporate administration problems in the sphere of leasing activity; b) in improving of some legislation that regulated the leasing activity; c) some provisions and conclusions of the thesis could be used in preparing of scientific-research work of law students; d) for developing of abuse prevention programs in the sphere of leasing activity. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - results of the work are submitted for approval and implementation by the Verhovna Rada of Ukraine. Ефективність впровадження - conclusions and proposals have been positively estimated by the experts. Сфера використання - realization of leasing activity, preventive activity of law enforcement bodies, law making, teaching.
