Salamatina M. Intra-extra corporal methods of treatment of hypertensive disease, associated with ischemic heart disease.

OObject of the study: Patients of hypertensive disease, associated with ischemic heart disease. Purpose: To increase effective of treatment hypertensive disease, associated with ischemic heart disease, by application intravenous laser blood irradiation or ultraviolet irradiation of the blood or plasmapheresis. Methods of investigation and equipment: Clinical method of the patient's state evaluation, dynamic observation, the indexes of cen-tral hemodynamic, immuno - inflammation process, rheological and lipids properties of the blood. Additional techniques: heart skreen, immuno - ferment's analizator. Theoretical and practical results: We worked out method of treatments by plasmapheresis. This method allowed to decrease the manifestations of immuno- inflammation process and to overcome the pharmacoresistance. Novelty: It was proved that the pharmacoresistance's patients had high activity of immuno - inflammation process. It was estab-lished, that application of intravenous laser blood irradiation, ultraviolet irradiation of the blood, plasmapheresis raises the efficacy of treatment. The best result was discovered by using of plasmapheresis.. Degree of introduction: The developed therapeutic method was introduced into : the clinical practice into 7 clinics of Donetsk, Mariupol: of Institute for Urgent and Reсovery Surgery (Academy of Medical Science of Ukraine) and into the work of cardiology department of Mariupol Er Hospital and others.
