Essay

Peroxide copolymers have been created via 2-tert-bytlperoxy-2-methyl-5-hexene-3-yne copolymerization with higher esters of (meth)acrylic series. These copolymers can serve as polymer surface modifiers capable of covalent binding with surfaces that allows to provide the necessary properties for the surfaces at their further modification. The number of features of the copolymer synthesis have been found and its condition have been optimized. The thermolysis of peroxide groups of the copolymers synthesized have been studied.
