Synjuk O. Improvement of compression moulds for moulding details of footwear

Process of moulding under pressure of polymeric details of footwear. Improvement existing and development of new designs of the press-forms, which should supply improvement of the op-erational characteristics of polymeric details of footwear. The put tasks were solved on the basis of modern mathematical methods with use of classical rules of physics, theory of machines and mechanisms. The mathematical model of dynamics not isothermal of current of a polymeric material in a cavity of the press-form is developed. The engineering method of designing of the press-forms for moulding soles is offered which allows to define design data of the press-forms, which provide an arrangement joints in the least loaded while in service places of a product. Are devel-oped and the press-forms are advanced which allow to increase durability of soles made on machines and units. The results of the dissertation as the developed press-forms are introduced into manufacture at shoe factory.
